Our mission is simple: do meaningful work with people who love what they do. To help equine and agricultural brands find their stride — with intention, authenticity, and a partner who is genuinely invested in every step of their success.
The Story Behind the Name.
A round pen means something specific in the thoroughbred world. It’s where free join-up happens — where a horse chooses to come to you, not because they’re forced, but because trust has been established. It’s also where horses already in training get to simply be horses — rolling, stretching, breathing – nature’s best chiropractic.
That’s exactly the kind of relationship we build with our clients.

We Didn't Stumble Into This. We Chose It.
The business has been around since 2015 — though it looked different then. The work was in real estate and mortgage lending — good money, reasonable hours, a career that made sense on paper.
Then came Jena Antonucci Racing. Then came horseOlogy. And everything changed.
Somewhere in the middle of early mornings, watching horses come off their works in the fog, learning the difference between pinhooking a yearling vs a two-year-old in training and what the cones on the turf are actually called (dogs) — this became more than a client relationship. It became a life.
At some point you have to ask yourself: if this is how I’m going to spend my days, what do I actually want those days to look like?
The answer was clear. Horses. Agriculture. The people who feed this country and care for these animals and show up before the sun does.
That’s who we work for. And we’ve never looked back.
